These Terms and Conditions ("User Terms") govern your use of the OneCoach platform ("the Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our") as a user or athlete. By accessing and using OneCoach, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use of Service
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using OneCoach, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Services Provided
OneCoach provides a platform that connects athletes with professional coaches. We facilitate the relationship between coaches and athletes but are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the coaching services provided by individual coaches.
3.1 Platform Role
OneCoach acts as an intermediary platform. We do not provide coaching services directly, nor do we employ or supervise coaches. Coaches are independent service providers.
3.2 Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
4.1 General Conduct
As a user, you agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any other systems or networks
- Contact coaches outside the Platform to avoid fees or circumvent Platform policies
- Leave false, misleading, or malicious reviews
4.2 Booking Responsibilities
When booking sessions, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your fitness level, goals, and any medical conditions
- Attend scheduled sessions or provide reasonable notice for cancellations
- Respect coach time and expertise
- Follow coach instructions and safety guidelines during sessions
5. Payments and Fees
5.1 Booking and Payment
When you book a coaching session through OneCoach, you agree to pay the fees as displayed at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are set by individual coaches and may vary.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods as displayed on the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.
5.3 Refund Policy
Refund policies vary by coach and are displayed at the time of booking. Generally:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled session are typically eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may incur cancellation fees as determined by the coach's policy
- No-shows without cancellation are typically not eligible for refunds
- Refunds for completed sessions are at the discretion of the coach and OneCoach

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of OneCoach or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ONECOACH MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ONECOACH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneCoach and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Relationship with Coach Terms
These User Terms apply to all users of the Platform. Coaches are also subject to additional terms outlined in our Terms & Conditions (Coaches). In the event of any conflict between these User Terms and the Coach Terms, the Coach Terms shall govern for coaches.
