This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the rules and guidelines for using the OneCoach platform ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using OneCoach, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
2. General Rules
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Policy. You agree not to use the Platform:

- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate OneCoach, a OneCoach employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- In any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other party's use of the Platform
3. User Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining and updating your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 One Account Per Person
You may only maintain one active account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or policies is prohibited.
4. Prohibited Content and Activities
4.1 Prohibited Content
You may not post, upload, or transmit any content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Violates any person's privacy, publicity, or other personal rights
- Infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right
- Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Is spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material
- Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Promotes illegal activities or provides instructions for illegal activities
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform without our express written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other accounts, or computer systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform, servers, or networks connected to the Platform
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform
- Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent
- Use the Platform to compete with OneCoach or to build a similar service
5. Coach-Specific Rules
5.1 Professional Conduct
Coaches must:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date professional credentials and certifications
- Provide services that meet professional standards and comply with applicable laws
- Respect client boundaries and maintain appropriate professional relationships
- Honor all scheduled sessions and provide reasonable notice for cancellations
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by law
5.2 Prohibited Coach Activities
Coaches may not:
- Solicit clients to book sessions outside of the Platform to avoid fees
- Misrepresent their qualifications, experience, or credentials
- Provide medical advice unless properly licensed to do so
- Engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
- Share client information with third parties without consent
- Use client relationships for personal gain beyond the agreed coaching services
6. Athlete-Specific Rules
6.1 Booking and Payment
Athletes must:
- Provide accurate information when booking sessions
- Pay for sessions in accordance with the coach's pricing and Platform policies
- Provide reasonable notice for cancellations (at least 24 hours when possible)
- Attend scheduled sessions or cancel in a timely manner
- Respect coach time and expertise
6.2 Prohibited Athlete Activities
Athletes may not:
- Book sessions with the intent to cancel repeatedly or abuse cancellation policies
- Attempt to contact coaches outside the Platform to avoid fees
- Leave false, misleading, or malicious reviews
- Harass, threaten, or abuse coaches or other users
- Share coach contact information with third parties without permission
- Use the Platform to solicit coaches for services outside the scope of coaching
7. Communication Standards
7.1 Respectful Communication
All communications on the Platform must be professional, respectful, and appropriate. This includes messages, reviews, comments, and any other form of communication.
7.2 Prohibited Communications
You may not:
- Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam
- Use offensive, discriminatory, or harassing language
- Threaten, intimidate, or bully other users
- Share personal contact information in public areas of the Platform
- Engage in any form of solicitation or recruitment for services outside OneCoach
8. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews and ratings must be:
- Honest and based on actual experiences
- Free from false, misleading, or defamatory statements
- Relevant to the coaching services provided
- Free from personal attacks or inappropriate content
We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate this Policy or that we determine are fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
9. Intellectual Property
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without permission
- Use OneCoach's trademarks, logos, or branding without express written consent
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Platform content
- Create derivative works based on the Platform or its content
10. Payment and Financial Activities
You may not:
- Use the Platform to process payments for services not provided through OneCoach
- Attempt to circumvent payment processing or fees
- Use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods
- Engage in any form of payment fraud or chargeback abuse
- Manipulate pricing or fees in any way
11. Safety and Security
11.1 Physical Safety
Users are responsible for their own safety during in-person sessions. Coaches must provide services in safe, appropriate environments. Athletes should report any safety concerns immediately.
11.2 Platform Security
You may not:
- Attempt to breach or circumvent Platform security measures
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Engage in any activity that could compromise Platform security or user data
- Test Platform vulnerabilities without authorization
12. Enforcement
12.1 Violation Consequences
Violations of this Policy may result in:
- Warning notifications
- Temporary suspension of account features
- Permanent account termination
- Legal action, where appropriate
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities
12.2 Our Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Investigate any suspected violations of this Policy
- Remove or disable access to any content that violates this Policy
- Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for serious violations
- Modify or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time
